The purpose of procedure BG16RFOP002-2.024 “Promotion of Entrepreneurship” is the creation and development of new enterprises in the priority sectors of the National Strategy for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises 2014 – 2020 and specific areas related to overcoming European and regional challenges.

In accordance with the purpose of the procedure, the implementation of this project pursues the following general objective:

To contribute to the creation and sustainable development of an enterprise for the production of programmable GPRS modems for use in WEB-based systems for monitoring, analysis and management of vending machines for food, beverages and other goods;

Creating a new business is a process that can be divided into two main stages:

1. Constituent (legal registration);
2. Stage of resource provision;

While setting up a new company is a very easy, fast and cheap process, providing the business with the necessary human and material resources is an insurmountable challenge for a very large number of start-up entrepreneurs.

The reason is the extremely difficult access to finance and the negative attitude towards risk that accompanies any “start-up” by traditional financial institutions.

The implementation of this project will contribute to the direct overcoming of the limitations to the resource provision and will create the preconditions for future sustainable development of the activity.

This contribution will materialize through the achievement of the following specific objectives of the project:

• Providing qualified human resources for the realization of the idea;
• Providing technical capacity for organizing the production activity;
• Providing material base for carrying out the activity;
• Promotion of the product on the Internet and on key international markets;

Qualified human resources will be provided by hiring ,an employment contract for 3 people and ensuring their sustainable employment for a period of 6 months after the end of the project. The technical capacity will be provided by purchasing the necessary machines and specialized software. The physical space for carrying out the production activities will be provided by renting working premises.

By creating a new company operating in the high-tech sector and an innovative niche with very high market potential, the project will contribute to increasing the level of entrepreneurial and innovation activity in the country and will support efforts to reach the average levels of these indicators at EU level.
